Non-Sale items can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of receipt of purchase. A credit note can also be issued which is valid for 6 months.
You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused and in original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase. Hanway will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed.
We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon receiving your delivery before removing any attached tags.
Sale items can not be exchanged or returned.
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase due to product fault please notify us by email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Please help us by providing a photo of the defect/fault if applicable.
Hanway cannot refund shipping and/or delivery charges. We ask that all International customers are aware that any international customs duties and sales taxes charged cannot be refunded. Hanway strongly recommends you return your item by registered mail or registered courier, so your package can be tracked. Hanway will not take responsibility for any undelivered merchandise or merchandise damaged in transit.
PROCESSING RETURN ORDERS:
SINGAPORE ORDERS: Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded or a credit note to be processed
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please allow up to 4 weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be refunded or a credit note to be processed
