For delivery within Singapore, we endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-5 working days, with delivery likely to be made within a further 1-5 working days.  

We currently offer FREE shipping on all Singapore orders.


For delivery outside of Singapore, we endeavour to ship your order within 1-5 working days, with delivery likely to be made within a further 3-10 working days. We currently ship with DHL or similar to the following nominated international destinations:

  • APAC region (Asia, Australia and New Zealand)
  • Europe

The countries in Asia include:

  • Hong Kong
  • Indonesia
  • Malaysia
  • Philippines
  • South Korea
  • Taiwan
  • Thailand
  • Vietnam

For ALL other countries, please send an email to and we will confirm whether we are able to process and ship your order to you and advise you of any charges.

Please note that shoes will only be shipped to Singapore.

International delivery to our nominated destinations will be FREE for orders over SGD100, and charged at SGD$10 for shipments under SGD$100.

International delivery should take approximately 3-15 working days.

Delivery timeframes are approximate and should your delivery not be made within the timeframe specified we will make every effort to locate your package, notify you and to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.

Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to an incorrect address being provided.

Please note, your merchandise may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are determined once your shipment reaches your country and are payable by you.  You may be required to pay additional customs clearance charges.  Hanway is not liable for, nor responsible for, such import duties, fees, taxes or charges.  In addition, orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond our control. For more information on customs charges for each country please contact your customs authority.

If you chose to refuse a shipment from Hanway, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, fees, taxes and / or customs charges incurred, and the cost of return shipping. 



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to ensure any returned goods reach Hanway. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
